Allstate Real Estate will research your property in detail with our home evaluation.  We will also match it up to comparable property in your area until we can compile a logical and probable price range for your property.  This can include appreciating amenities and improvements in addition to the land, school district and location. Based on comparables we should be able to advise you of how fast properties common to yours are selling and what the demand is for a home such as yours. 

Allstate Real Estate will advise you on how you can almost guarantee yourself a sell with the knowledge of knowing the pluses and minuses of your property.
